Limberlost Quayle’s Brewery is a blend of two beers. A wet-hopped saison brewed at Quayle’s Brewery and a blonde ale aged in oak puncheons with our unique Limberlost yeast strain. Once blended in stainless, we dry hopped it with hops harvested from Quayle’s Brewery own farm. Can-conditioned to a lively effervescence, this blend creates a sour ale with aromas and flavours of fresh hops, oak and farmhouse funk. A taste explosion just waiting to be explored
