Quayle’s Brewery Sponsor a Tree Program 2022

In Support of Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family Campaign

Thank you so much for the interest in our Sponsor A Tree Program in support of the Salvation Army’s Adopt-a-Family Campaign! Your involvement will be providing a Christmas to remember for a local family in need. 

Tree Lighting Event Ceremony Date & Time:   Saturday December 3rd from 3pm – 7pm

Set up Instructions:

Set Up

• Trees will be available for decoration from Wednesday November 30, 2022 to Friday, December 2, 2022 between 11am and 6 pm each day. 
• You will be assigned a tree by Quayle’s Management upon arrival. Your tree will stay in the same location for the duration of the Christmas Market and beyond.

Tear Down

• Trees will remain in Quayle’s Beer Garden for the duration of the Christmas season. We will send you dates to remove your decorations in January.  It will be between January 3 and 6th, 2023.
• All decor must be taken with you upon departure. No garbage is to be left behind as we do not have the facilities to accommodate external refuse.  

Payment

• Please send an e-transfer to info@quaylesbrewery.com of $120 by 5pm on Sunday  November 20th, 2022 to secure your tree. Please include your business name in the notes when you e-transfer. Failure to send payment by this date means we will move on to our sponsor waitlist. 

What Quayle’s will provide

• A beautiful 7’ to 8’ Colorado Spruce tree 
• Voting System for the public to vote on their favourite tree design
• Favourite tree voted by Market attendees will be moved inside the Taproom for the remainder Christmas season
• Winner will also receive Quayle’s Prize pack worth $250
• Access to electricity for your tree lights (please use LED whenever possible)
• Signage for your tree, promoting your business name and logo for the month of December
• Lots of visibility at our Tree Lighting Ceremony and through the holiday season

What Sponsors will provide

• Weatherproof decor for your tree, including lights (please use LED whenever possible). 
• Please feel free to use a theme for your tree, highlight your business and keep all decor family friendly and non-edible to protect the local wildlife.
• High resolution PDF or JPEG of your business logo
• Please submit this application form by Sunday, November 20th, 2022 at 5pm.
• Pick up your tree decorations during the scheduled time in January.  

Quayle’s Brewery is not responsible for loss, theft or damages to your decor, lights or personal property. By signing this document, you agree to the terms above.
