The last of our 2020 fresh hops beer releases!  The name comes from what we do to each and every one of our hop plants in the spring.  We string two coconut fibre (coir) strings to the base of the plant.  When the shoots are long enough, we take the strongest 3-4 vines and twirl them around the coir, starting their growth journey for the season, hence the name “String and Twirl”.   This Fresh Hop Saison has flavours of green grape and white pepper combined with fresh herbal and citrus flavours and used nearly 80 kgs of Cascade and Sorachi Ace from the front yards on our hop farm.  Savour the last sips of summer 2020!
