FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Is your patio open?
A. Yes! Our patio is now open Fridays and Saturdays, noon – 9 PM and Sundays noon – 8PM. The patio availability is weather dependent as our patio space is not covered. We will do our best to inform you via our social media channels and our website.

Q. Are you taking reservations?
A. Not at this time. We will seat you on a first come, first serve basis. We would kindly ask you to limit your visit to 1.5 hours in order for us to clean the area properly before the next guest arrives. We recommend giving us a call (705) 298-0204 to check how busy we are.

Q. What if there is a line-up?
A. We ask that you be patient. To stay safe, we would ask you stand 2m apart. We can also take your cell phone number so you stay safely in and around your vehicle away from other guests. Our reservation team will contact you as soon as your table is ready.

Q. Can I walk in the hop-yards?
A. No. These are our production crops and they have to be protected so that we can ensure we have great hops to make beer.

Q. How many people per table?
A. We will accommodate groups up to 6. Parties larger than 6 will not be permitted to sit together.

Q. Do I need to wear a face covering?
A.  Yes, when you are in any public indoor space (such as washrooms or placing an order), a face covering is required according to the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit.

Q. What precautions are you taking to maintain social distance?
A. Following recommendations provided by the Ontario Government we will be taking the following precautions:

  • All tables will be placed a minimum of 2m apart
  • Social distancing markers will be clearly marked on the ground
  • Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is worn by staff and hand sanitizer is available for guests
  • We try to minimize the amount of contact with glassware and dishes and kindly ask you to put them in the bus bins provided after you enjoy your food and drink.
  • All tables and chairs are thoroughly sanitized between guest visits. We do encourage you to limit your stay to 1.5 hours so other guests can enjoy
  • Our washrooms and service areas will be sanitized hourly
  • We also encourage guests to do their best in maintaining social distance when passing through the patio area

Q.Do you serve anything other than beer?
A. Yes! We have non-alcoholic drinks including Coke, Diet Coke. Ginger Ale, and Iced Tea as well as bottled water, tea and coffee. We have water stations available on the patio for you to help yourself to. We also sell a local cider from Heritage Estates.

Q. Do you fill growlers or howlers?
A. Sorry, we are currently not offering growler or howler fills due to regulations. Once we are permitted to, we have Quayle’s Brewery howlers (900ml) for sale that can be refilled or you can bring your own.

Q. Do you rent your space?
A. We do! When the province moves to the next stages where people can gather inside, we will have our space available for rental. It is important to book early. For more information, please contact us at info@quaylesbrewery.ca

Q. Are kids welcome?
A. Yes! We welcome all of you. We have high chairs available but no change tables.

Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Yes, our patio is dog friendly. We have bowls of water available as we know they get thirsty too! We do ask you to keep your dog on a leash while on our premises and pick up after them, if necessary

Q. Do you have free wifi?
A. Yes, we have free wifi for you to check your email, upload to your social media or check out our menu online. Wifi and the password are posted in the tap room.

Q. Where do I park?
A. We have a parking lot for 40 cars as soon as you enter our parking area. In addition, we have 2 handicap spaces available up near the brewery. There is no guest parking in the back. This is strictly for employees and fire route access.

Q. What hours is your kitchen open until?
A. Our kitchen is open during our patio hours, but closes 30 minutes before the taproom. Friday and Saturday noon to 8:30pm and Sunday noon to 7:30pm.

Q. Do you offer vegetarian/vegan dishes
A. Yes we do. We offer a wonderful menu with fresh, vibrant and bold flavours. We support local farmers and buy local whenever we can. We will rotate our menu seasonally. Our summer menu is available here.

Q. Do you cook with nuts?
A. No. In fact, our kitchen is peanut, tree nut and sesame free. We take allergies very seriously. Please inform your server if you have any food allergies.

Q. Do you sell Merchandise?
A. Yes, we have amazing t-shirts, caps, BBQ apron and 3 different glassware options available for sale online or on-site. For a complete list of items of items visit the Buy Our Merch page.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We offer many choices. We prefer Debit and Credit. We accept Debit, Visa and MasterCard. We will accept cash as well.

 

ONLINE SHOP FAQ

Q. Can I purchase beer online and pick up in-store?
A. Yes. Order online and select Buy Our Beer to see our selection of beer sold by the can. Pick-up is available Wednesday and Thursday 2pm-6:30 pm and during our patio hours Friday and Saturday noon to 9pm and Sunday noon to 8pm

Q. Do you offer the same beers online as in the tap room?
A. We only offer a limited selection by can. In our tap room we have a 14 taps with a diverse selection of fresh new beers on a regular basis everything from bright pilsners and lagers to hazy IPA’s, approachable sours and creamy nitro porters. Q. Can I purchase products and hold them or combine with a future purchase?
A. If you place an order, we will hold it for you until you pickup. If you want to place additional orders you can combine the orders by making a note of your other order # in our comment box. We will store them together.
