About Quayle’s Brewery

Quayle’s Brewery is an independently owned farm brewery set on 87 acres of rolling countryside. We offer a unique destination experience built around community, local ingredients, and great beer.

Our space includes two floors of indoor seating, a large patio, and a welcoming beer garden. All beer is brewed on-site using key ingredients grown on our property. Our kitchen features a seasonal menu with locally sourced products, including produce from our own garden.

In addition to daily service, we host weddings, private events, artisan markets, cycling events, and themed gatherings, with live music offered regularly.

Role Overview

As a Busser/Host team member, your mission is to deliver consistent, exceptional guest experiences. You’ll help welcome guests, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and support both front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.
  • Provide clear instructions on ordering and facility locations.
  • Clean and reset tables promptly between seatings.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors, washrooms, and common areas.
  • Restock condiments, utensils, cups, and supplies.
  • Communicate table availability with the host and service team.
  • Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Support front- and back-of-house staff as needed.
  • Assist with general tasks and duties as required.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently when needed.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
