Quayle’s Brewery is seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator. Quayle’s Brewery is an award-winning taproom brewery that crafts rotating beers on-site to deliver a farm to glass experience. We seek an innovative and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist to join our team and drive our brand’s online presence through engaging content and strategic social media campaigns. As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and be able to effectively utilize various social media platforms to reach our target audience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media content, managing our social media accounts, and analyzing our social media performance to optimize our online presence. Above all, the candidate must enjoy being part of a team, helping us reach our full potential.
As a small but growing company, we require dedicated and dependable team members who are eager to learn and grow with us. This position is year-round.
Duties Include but Are Not Limited to
- Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate content for our social media channels, including writing and editing social media posts, creating graphics and images, and planning and executing social media contests and promotions.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages.
- Conduct research on our target audience to understand their preferences and interests and to identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track our social media performance and to optimize our social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and SEO.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Design and create social media graphics and content using Canva.
- Develop and maintain our social media content calendar.
- Develop and maintain our weekly newsletter using MailChimp.
- Monitor and report on our social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Utilize our e-commerce platform to create and manage social media promotions and contests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant social media content.
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp or similar social media management tools.
- Strong research skills and experience with SEO and Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize social media campaigns.
- Experience with ShowPass, WordPress and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Hybrid position but must be able to commute to work on-site as well
Job Type: Part-time
