We are proud to release a limited edition of Brian’s Choice 2026, our annual tribute to our dear friend, father, and founder, Brian Pearson. Each year, we release Brian’s Choice in his memory, featuring a different beer style selected to celebrate his spirit and love of craft beer. A portion of the proceeds from every Brian’s Choice beer is donated back to our local Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital in support of the health and well-being of our community.

Crisp, refreshing, and full of character, Manx Pilsner is a light and bright lager with a balanced earthy hop profile and a subtle twist of tropical complexity. Brewed using a blend of 50% farm grown hops, featuring Willamette and Triple Perle, alongside 50% Olicana whole leaf hops, this pilsner delivers delicate herbal notes with hints of tropical fruit on the finish. Clean, approachable, and easy drinking, Manx Pilsner is the perfect beer for patio season, sunny afternoons, and sharing with friends.
