One hundred years ago, MacRobertson’s confectioners introduced Australia to the iconic Cherry Ripe—a blend of cherries and coconut covered in rich dark chocolate, and one of the country’s oldest and most beloved chocolate bars. Five hundred beers ago, Quayle’s Brewery introduced Oro-Medonte to premium craft beers. Coincidence? Maybe. But that hasn’t stopped us from creating a special tribute for our 500th release: Cherry Coconut Ripple Ice Cream Stout (ABV 5.5%).

Rich, dark, and decadently smooth, this stout combines lush flavours of cherry and coconut, balanced by a creamy finish that brings to mind the nostalgia of a classic Cherry Ripe slice. For the perfect pairing, our chef has crafted a house-made Cherry Ripe Slice to enjoy alongside each sip of this celebratory stout.
