In Support of the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital
At Quayle’s Brewery, our Tree Sponsorship program is rooted in a commitment to strengthening our community. Each year, we raise essential funds for a local charity—this year, supporting the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital (OSMH) Foundation to promote healthcare excellence in our community—all while creating a festive holiday atmosphere that lifts the spirits of thousands of visitors enjoying our Christmas Tree Walk in the beer garden.
We invite local businesses, service clubs, and families to join us in spreading holiday cheer by sponsoring a Christmas tree for $150. Gather your team—staff, friends, or family—and make a fun evening of decorating your tree. To add to the festivities, each decorating team will receive a complimentary pitcher of beer on their decorating night; just remember to reserve a table or two in advance to ensure a cozy spot. By sponsoring a tree, you’re not only celebrating with your team but also supporting the OSMH Foundation and making a lasting impact on our community’s healthcare.
Join the teams from Quayle’s Brewery and OSMH Foundation for the Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, November 30th at 6 p.m. in our Beer Garden at Quayle’s Brewery located at 4567 12 Line N, Oro-Medonte, ON.
How it works:
In the week leading up to our Tree Lighting Event, Quayle’s will assign you a beautiful 7-8′ Christmas tree, which will stay in place in our Beer Garden throughout the holiday season for thousands of guests to enjoy. A branded sign of your choice will be displayed in front of the tree, offering visibility for your business, service club, or in memory of a loved one. We invite you, along with family and colleagues, to decorate your tree with a theme of your choice for a festive voting competition. To encourage votes, Quayle’s will offer a special prize, and the tree with the most votes will win a gift basket valued at $250
Set-Up Instructions:
Trees will be available for decoration from Wednesday, November 27, to Friday, November 29, 2024, between 12 pm and 8 pm. Bring your staff, family, or loved ones to participate in this festive community event.
What’s included in your Tree Sponsorship:
● A beautiful 7′-8′ Colorado Spruce located in Quayle’s Beer Garden for the holidays.
● A branded sign with your name in front of your tree and ongoing brand exposure throughout the event.
● Participation in a public voting system, where visitors select their favourite tree design and enter to win a Quayle’s gift card of $50.
● The winning tree design receives a Quayle’s Gift Basket valued at $250.
● Access to electricity for your tree lights.
● Marketing exposure of your Business or family name/logo displayed across Quayle’s Brewery and OSMH Foundation’s social media platforms, newsletters, and website.
● Business Acknowledgement receipt for your generous contribution
What Sponsors will provide:
● Weatherproof decor for your tree, including lights (must be LED) and an outdoor extension cord (~9’)
● A theme for your tree, if desired, with decor that is family-friendly and non-edible to protect local wildlife.
● High-resolution PDF or JPEG of your business logo
● Tree decorating, which may begin November 25 and must be completed by November 29 at 6:00 pm.
Please submit your application to events@quaylesbrewery.com by Sunday, November 17, 2024. Trees are limited
and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Decor pick-up is scheduled for January.
Tear Down:
Trees will remain in Quayle’s Beer Garden throughout the Christmas season. We will provide specific dates for decoration removal, scheduled between January 6 and 10, 2025.
Payment:
By sponsoring a tree, you’ll not only promote your business or organization but also give back to the community. Your support will help create a festive atmosphere for everyone to enjoy, with proceeds benefiting the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Foundation and making a real difference. To secure your tree, please complete and sign the form below, and return with a $150 e-transfer to hoppytimes@quaylesbrewery.com by 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, 2024, including your business name in the e-transfer notes. A receipt will be issued upon payment.
