The next installment of our Cabin Fever series is a tropical twist with a local link! This Cabin Fever is a kettle soured beer fermented with pineapple puree, spiced with FRESH mint and lime. We used 100% Centennial hops grown on our farm to hop this beer. Think Pineapple Mojito! Pour into a tulip glass, garnish with a fresh sprig of mint, sit on your patio and think warm days ahead!
